Position Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will lead a top-tier team to enhance our online footprint and foster growth across digital channels. Responsibilities include overseeing campaign creation, analyzing metrics, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise all marketing campaigns for the company.
  • Contribute to driving revenue and profits.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure.
  • Generate innovative ideas for new advertisements, guiding creative direction.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Implement strategies for promoting offerings through social media advertising.
  • Manage the marketing team to ensure effective messaging for customer attraction and retention.
  • Serve as the marketing team representative to cross-functional groups.
  • Provide management with updates on marketing progress and campaign results.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, including digital and print content.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, gaining insights and assessing against objectives.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to optimize email and advertising campaigns.
  • Lead market research initiatives to assess the viability of current and new offerings.
  • Supervise external marketing agencies as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of DTC marketing, digital channels, and a history of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful paid advertising campaigns.
  • Effective people management abilities, including leadership and team management experience.
  • Prior experience in startup environments is highly desirable.


Other Information

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Performance Bonus
