We are looking for Customer Service Officer/ Receptionist/ Admin to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job description:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient functioning of customer service operations.
- Supervise and train customer service staff to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Manage customer service procedures, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing transactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience and resolve issues effectively.
Requirement:
- Minimum ‘N’, ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Candidates with some customer service / admin experiences are preferred
