Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director

Job Description

1. Oversee all accounting procedures, financial transactions and systems used by the company, including entities and project.
2. Management of accounting systems and month-end close. Including, prepare monthly/annually finance date analyse and management, included budgeting and expenses. Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive monthly PnL and balance sheet to the co-founder office.
3. Responsibility to prepare and submit annual financial statements, annual return, tax returns and required regulatory returns to Companies. As well as supporting the external audit or DD process, if need.
4. Manage relationships with bank, payment provider or finance service provider.
5. Any other assignment from co-founder office.

Requirements

1. At least degree in accounting with qualified accountant qualification e.g. ACCA, CPA.
2. At least 3 years' post qualification experience in Blockchain, Fintech or fund management industry. Familier with blockchain project cash flow/ token management.
3. Strong financial accounting or audit background with commercial knowledge.
4. Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
5. Experience of managing a finance function in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment.
6. Eye for detail and diligence to ensure accuracy of systems and processes.
7. Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills.
