PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for design development, design coordination and documentation
- Liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team as well as other relevant parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing Architecture
- At least 6 years experience in concept and design development
- Experience in large scale luxury 5-star hospitality/retail/mixed-use projects (local projects preferred)
- Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- BOA Registered Architects will have an advantage
- GMP or GMFP certification will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
