Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to support estate residents and maintain high-quality property management standards.
- Conduct daily estate inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure excellent horticultural and property upkeep.
- Implement necessary improvements identified during inspections to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and tenants, addressing their feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administer lease agreements, including negotiation and renewal, ensuring all terms are met.
- Efficiently manage and resolve arrears cases, following financial policies and maintaining positive tenant relationships.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and work with external contractors and service providers for timely property upkeep and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, feedback, maintenance activities, and arrears cases for comprehensive documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
