Job Responsibilities

Under the leadership of the bank management, this role is responsible for the work of branch's human resources department, shape a team of employees who identify with the corporate culture of Bank of China and provide high-quality talent for the implementation of the bank's strategy and smooth operation.

  1. Based on the bank's development goals, clarify the branch's human resources management plans, reorganize the system, optimize processes and provide high-quality human resources management and talent support for the branch's business management and strategic implementation.
  2. Implement talent attraction, selection and recruitment, remuneration and benefits, performance management, training and development, workplace safety and health, employee retention, employee services and compliance to ensure the realization of our bank's human resources management goals.
  3. According to the bank's strategic changes, optimize organization structure, human resources management methods, etc.
  4. Maintain interaction with business departments and provide human resources and organizational structure support for the managers.
  5. Actively introduce advanced concepts and best practices in human resources management to drive business development and change.
  6. Responsible for department personnel management, clarify department goals and reach consensus, and at the same time, continuously improve the department's employee engagement through coaching, delegation, etc.
  7. According to the requirements of the head office, organize and implement various work requirements of Singapore branch of Global Training Center.


Job Requirements

  1. Degree holder with at least 8 years working experience in human resource leadership function in banking industry.
  2. Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
  3. Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues locally and from Head Office.
