Reporting to the Team IC for CREST, the Social Worker (CREST) will be responsible for the following key areas:

- Programme Development and Implementation
- Case Management and Counselling
- Care Support Network Facilitation
- Administration and CREST Development
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work.
- Conversant in English and a 2nd language, ability to speak dialect is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player, outgoing personality, dynamic and self-motivated with a strong passion for mental health needs.
