Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and achievement-driven individual! In the role of Sales Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Founder & General Manager to oversee and direct the brand’s offline sales operations. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing an offline sales strategy aimed at enhancing growth and profitability. Additionally, you will be instrumental in assembling a top-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and leadership. A key aspect of your role will involve cross-functional collaboration to efficiently achieve the company's strategic goals related to sales, profitability, and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Creating growth projections and sales targets through strategic development plans
  • Identifying market opportunities via networking, meetings, and other avenues
  • Cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients to foster positive rapport
  • Collaborating with colleagues to devise effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Generating financial forecasts and setting achievable sales goals
  • Represent at industry events like exhibitions and conferences
  • Crafting compelling sales presentations and participating in team meetings
  • Reporting sales performance and providing realistic forecasts to management
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff to achieve objectives
  • Monitoring and ensuring the attainment of sales targets through daily team check-ins
  • Strategizing the implementation of new technologies for enhanced business efficiency


Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of offline Sales experience from an e-commerce or retail background, with experience leading a sales team
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
  • Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting start-up environment


Other Information

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. OT may be required from time to time depending on business needs.
