R&D Software Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This position is ideal for new graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with senior team members, contributing to the development of advanced software solutions and gaining invaluable experience in the process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C++ programming.
- Proficiency in programming and debugging under Linux OS.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, common low-level hardware interfaces and protocols such as RS-232, GPIO, CAN Bus, and Ethernet programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software design logic and algorithms.
- Knowledge of computer vision concepts and techniques.
- Experience with Vulkan and the QT framework is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to take responsibility and tackle the unknown.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and testing of software components for various R&D projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement innovative features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the development of computer vision applications utilizing technologies such as Vulkan and the QT framework.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
