Responsibilites:
- Create efficient daily schedules for collection and delivery routes to minimize delays.
- Address issues promptly during collection or delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and trip expenses.
- Organize regular training sessions and cross-training for team members.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including inspections and repairs.
- Ensure team members complete required safety training.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for smooth collection and delivery operations.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fill in for other fleet supervisors when needed.
- Develop protocols for emergencies like accidents or severe weather.
- Lead investigations into incidents involving fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
- Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills
