Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and lead Service Department staff to ensure growth of business and improvement of profitability.
- Oversee the development and management of service customer base.
- Handle debt collection for service department customers.
- Assist General Manager in the development of the Preventative Maintenance business.
- Provide technical advice to potential customers regarding servicing of the Company’s products.
- Prepare quotations for supply, repair, and installation of products.
- Coordinate service staff to ensure clients is updated on service schedule.
- Assist to manage the overall Occupational Health and Safety.
- Monitor overall quality standards for the service work carried out.
- Liaise with client to ensure accurate paperwork details for manufacturing purpose.
- Effectively negotiate and resolve any disputes.
- Ensure invoice is prepared in a timely manner.
- Comply to Company policies.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With leadership experience and guided a team of technicians
- Ability to coordinate in paperwork / reporting preparation
- Ability to cross sell company products and services
- Good technical skill in maintenance and servicing
