- To manage end-to-end payroll processing; such as calculation of salaries, OT Pay, commissions, and other compensation elements, ensuring accuracy & compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records, updating of payroll information, generating payroll reports, and resolving any discrepancies related to payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with local MOM laws.
- Coordinating & administering employee benefits
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees, addressing payroll-related concerns or issues
- Maintaining confidential employee payroll records, ensuring data accuracy, and handling payroll-related documentation and reporting.
- Ensure timely Governement submission
- Preparing and facilitation of payroll audits, including internal audits and external audits by regulatory authorities or auditors.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Up to 4 years of payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Prosoft System a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives
- Good analytical skills and resourceful
- Well-organized and able to multi-task
