- Work Schedule: 5 Days, Monday to Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

- Monthly Base Salary: Starting from SGD 5,000 (Commensurate with relevant experience and industry)

Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Review and Improvement: Review and enhance existing HR policies and procedures to align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
- Manpower Planning: Collaborate with Heads of Department to forecast manpower needs, develop recruitment plans, and budget for staffing to support business growth initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Identify skill gaps and development needs within business units, designing and implementing programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and managing compensation and benefits structures.
- Employee Relations: Handle matters related to employee relations, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans, in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives like succession planning, career development pathways, and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees and support their growth within the organization.
Entry Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources or related qualifications preferred.
- Knowledge: Well-versed in the Singapore Employment Act and Labor Laws.
