- Basic Fixed Monthly Salary: $2000 to $3800
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand 2D shop drawings (both AutoCAD dwg and hand sketch).
- Prepare quotation,
- Familiar to various carpentry fitment components, like cabinets, doors and wall panelling.
- Taking actual site measurement with elaborative hand sketch.
- Attend meeting on site with main contractor/designer/architect.
- Able to lead lower skilled worker to complete given production task.
- Raw material stock taking and ordering.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education Qualification: at least Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Min. 3-5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor & Site coordinator.
- Knowledge in Carpentry & Joinery works is an advantage, able to understand carpentry shop drawings.
- Computer literacy especially Microsoft EXCEL and email.
- Problem solving skill is a must in this position.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and self understanding.
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player.
- Preferably to be able to start work immediate or short notice.
- Able to Work on Weekend (Saturday/ Sunday)/ Public holiday, if required.
- Able to attend meeting including meetings hold at construction/ renovation site.
