Career Summary:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the technical specification of the products in the market. Working closely with architects, specifiers, and other key stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the sales and market presence.

- Location: Kranji, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Salary Package: Basic from $4,500
- Benefits: Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB) included.
Job Description:
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, specifiers, consultants, developers, and contractors to understand their needs and promote our products effectively.
- Contribute to the creation of tools and materials that support sales efforts, such as technical specifications and promotional materials.
- Influence key decision-makers to adopt our proprietary specifications for systems by demonstrating the benefits and value they offer.
- Collaborate closely with our R&D and Technical departments on specification-related matters, ensuring alignment between product development and market demands.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and participate in industry events to showcase our products and expertise, educating stakeholders on their features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide valuable market intelligence insights to inform strategic decision-making, including competitor analysis and identifying market trends.
- Market and promote our product range to key stakeholders, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and applications to drive sales and market penetration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
