About the Role:
As a Lift Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of elevator and escalator systems. Leading a team of technicians, you'll oversee maintenance tasks and repairs, prioritizing safety standards and operational excellence.

- Work Schedule: 5 Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
- Compensation: Starting from Monthly Base Salary of SGD 3,000 (Commensurate with relevant work experience and adherence to the Progressive Wage Model "PWM")

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of lift technicians, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise all maintenance, repair, and servicing activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and adherence to quality standards.
- Client Relations: Cultivate strong client relationships, providing transparent communication and swift resolution of inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Training and Development: Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, supporting their growth within the organization.
- Innovation: Stay informed about industry advancements, implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
Entry Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the lift, elevator, or escalator industry, with demonstrated supervisoy / leadership abilities.
