Biomedical company that specializes in wellness products and services looking to expand its business in Singapore and Asia Pacific regions.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge and conceptualise marketing proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
- Take charge and conceptualise sales proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
- Drive consumers interest in company and products, achieving KPIs
- Research and identify new business opportunities & marketing trends - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets for company’s products and services
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business and troubleshooting
- Oversee operations departments such as admin, sales, marketing and customer service
- Assist management in determining best operations procedures suited to ensure smooth execution of projects & events
- Ensure cohesion between departments to meet company’s expected targets
- Consistently review operations and team performance to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
- Set up and review standard operation procedures
- Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for company
- Oversee all day-to-day operations in the office
- Any other duties assigned by Director
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related background; at least 10 years of relevant experience, and 5 years of supervisory experience / in leadership role
- Excellent track-record in meeting targets / goals
- Ability to communicate well with staff from all levels
- Able to perform hands-on work
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends if needed and travel for business purposes
