Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all financial planning, management, and reporting activities. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in strategic financial planning and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records while providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
2. Work closely with the management team and department heads to build up annual budget and rolling forecast.
3. Prepare monthly financial performance report, highlight potential risks and propose solutions.
4. Provide guidance and support to regional financial team.
5. Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
7. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
8. Partner with business units to provide finance-related advice.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
4. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
6. Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese associates.
8. Prior experience in accounting firms is an added advantage.
9. Experience in European companies is an added advantage.
