Job Description
- Assist in arranging interviews with potential candidates and preparing relevant documentations for selected candidates
- Administer internal training portal for all employees
- Administer staff movement on insurance portal and monthly report generation on claims history
- Submission of MOM quarterly surveys
- Timely submission of government claims (NS claims, Maternity, Childcare, etc.)
- Assist in all staff claims related matters
- Manage creation of staff photo IDs
- Create and upkeep employees’ p-files
- Order stationery as and when required
- Responsible for petty cash management
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holders
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience as HR Generalist (especially with training and recruitment experience)
- Good IT knowledge is required (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Good command of interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Well organized, detail oriented, very meticulous and systematic
- Independent, self-motivated, good team-player and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
