Job Description:
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH Act.
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures.
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture.
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection.
• Prepare and present safety report as required by management.
• Furnish the necessary documentation for relevant personnel to comply with WSH requirements.
• To inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure ISO certificate is renewed in a timely manner and remains in compliance
• Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation lead and manage emergency situation
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.
• Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the management.
• Certificates in QEHS Internal Auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45001)
Job Requirements
Holders of Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C)
· Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).
