Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Toh Guan
Responsibilities:
- Process all customers' requests and inquiries related to card programming and logger transactions.
- Assist the Project Engineer in testing and commissioning card access programming.
- Prepare and process reports according to customers' requests or schedules.
- Perform data downloading from site’s card access panels to the Control Center.
- Conduct periodic backups and archive customers’ history transactions and databases.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec qualification with basic computer knowledge.
- Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: Basic $1.8k – 2.0k (based on experience)
- Incentives: $15/day (based on attendance)
- Annual Leave: 12 days
- AWS: 1 month
- Variable Bonus: 1-1.5 months (depends on company’s performance)
