Responsibilities:
- Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
- Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
- Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
- Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
- Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
- Any other asks, when required by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
- Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
- Able to use simple mobile technology
- Open to learning
- Have handyman work experience
- Basic command of English, spoken and written
- Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
- Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is a must (vehicle provided)
- 6 days work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
