Responsibilites:

  • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service within the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure consistent, exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
  • Supervise cash desk operations to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Develop productive external partnerships to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Enforce merchandising and display guidelines for a visually appealing store.
  • Manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold store image standards through maintenance and window dressing adherence.


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
  • Experience in supervising of staff.
  • Candidate should be independent with a pleasant personality.
