Job Descriptions:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job listings.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, staffing agencies, etc.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees to ensure full integration, including conducting and coordinating onboarding training, etc.
- Offboard resigning employees, including conducting exit interviews, etc.
- Provide recruiting and manpower headcount reports.
- Update organizational charts and seating plans.
- Apply for and maintain work permits, S Pass, Employment Pass, and other necessary visas.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Provide administrative support as assigned by the supervisor.
- Undertake any other HR projects or initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of HR recruitment experience (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
