Details:
- Handle HDB conveyancing matters including preliminary preparation of legal documents and handle e-lodgments/STARS.
- Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, and Clients on various conveyancing matters with the conveyancing solicitors.
- Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
- Maintenance of files and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive and energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
