AVM Capital is a Singapore-based global macro hedge fund manager with an established track record of delivering superior risk adjusted returns.
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to join our hedge fund as a part-time Finance & Admin Manager. In this role, you will be working in various aspects of our operations, including finance, office administration, HR, compliance, and investor relations. Working hours will be from 9am to 1pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. This role has the potential to become a full time role in a couple of years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with financial tasks, including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Handle HR-related duties, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Assisting with investor queries and communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance preferably in the Asset Management Industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and financial accounting software Xero.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Professional Accountant qualification would be a bonus
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
