- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food safety and knowledge of health regulations is preferred.
