Morgan McKinley is seeking a Trade Support Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract with an American multinational investment banking company. This role will support the Global FX (GFX) Trading business in Asia, focusing on GFX products.
Responsibilities:
- Trade Verification: Ensure all trades are accurately booked and resolve discrepancies promptly by coordinating with the front office or clients.
- Trade Confirmation: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and exceptions in a timely manner.
- Settlements: Ensure all payments are processed correctly within the cut-off times, and resolve any settlement-related issues.
- Post-Settlement Management: Handle fails and breaks, manage controls and balances.
- Client Services: Build strong working relationships and provide quality service and issue resolution to both internal business partners and external global counterparties.
- Project Participation: Engage in team projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field (Banking and Finance, Finance, Economics, etc.).
- With 1-2 years of relevant work experience; knowledge of financial products is a plus. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work on Singapore public holidays and potentially morning shifts.
- Detail-oriented, a team player, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly to internal and external clients at all levels.
