The Health Informatics Officer (HIO) will be responsible for supporting the Medical Informatics Office to manage clinical information systems that assist clinicians in decision-making and the management of patients. The HIO participates in activities required for successful design, implementation, maintenance and support of the clinical systems.
The HIO will work closely with IT Project/System Teams to build and implement solutions that meet user requirements for clinical orders, medication administration and documentation.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline.
- Experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and experience in healthcare environment would be an added advantage.
- Motivated and able to function independently.
- Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
