Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of teas, including traditional and specialty blends, according to the menu and recipe.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tea shop, including the tea preparation area, serving stations, and seating areas.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, supporting fellow team members, and assisting in training new staff.
- Receive training and perform duties in service/kitchen department
- Assist Outlet Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant
- Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation by rotating on each position
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant
- Participate in initiatives to further improve service standards and procedures
- Generate daily sales report and present to company's management
- Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis
- Perform effective problem solving skill when necessary
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Promote upselling of food and services
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration
- Cheerful, and fun-loving individual who likes communicating with people
