The role involves supporting the company's strategic goals by assisting the Business Development Director in defining revenue targets and budgets, creating action plans to attract prospects, and meeting revenue objectives for client products. It requires building and maintaining key client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance, as well as identifying and recommending new opportunities and service improvements. The role includes collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction, adhering to organizational policies, and preparing various proposals, contracts, reports, and customized communications.
Job Description
- Perform all assigned tasks to support the attainment of company strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist the Business Development Director in setting revenue targets and budgets.
- Create action plans to attract prospects and meet revenue goals for all client products.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key client accounts by offering support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; suggesting profit and service enhancements.
- Work with other departments to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and customized communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in sales related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of related work experience; experience in sales with experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
