This is a 2-year contract to start. At the end of 2 years, the role will either be renewed for another 2 years or be converted into a permanent role.
Manual testers are more than welcome to apply as well! The roadmap for this role is either you go in as an Automation Tester or start as a Manual Tester and ultimately convert into Automation Testing - a rare opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the project team to identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for estimating testing scope and schedule
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, in alignment with requirements
- Execute functional tests to ensure software functionality meets specified criteria
- Manage defects effectively throughout the testing process
- Collect and report on testing progress to relevant stakeholders
- Embrace, execute, and advocate for the company's software testing and quality assurance processes
- Actively participate in various Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives
Requirements:
- Possess 3-5 years of team management experience
- Experience in Software Testing (Automated), System Tests, Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests is advantageous
- TOSCA Certification AS1 & AS2 (For Automation Testers)
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall and Agile project environments
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to swiftly comprehend complex business and systems, offering suitable solutions for clients
- Ability to adapt to varying workloads and multitask with attention to detail within a dynamic environment
