- Willing to work at the Western part of Singapore (Taman Jurong Area)
- Active participation in recruitment, payroll
- Administrative functions such as preparing confirmation letters and monitoring contract expiry for renewals for staff. Administrate the annual leave application process, medical / insurance claims, attendances update and generate reports
- Assist in submission such as work permit applications, training grants as per Government's policies and standards
- How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
- Gain experience with database management and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Goggle Suite
- Any other duties as assigned by management
