Who are we?

We are established in 1995 and are experienced in a broad range of placements locally and overseas (headhunting, local, foreign domestic workers, foreign workers, caregivers, nurses placements etc). We own a training center in Indonesia.


As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible in assisting companies and individuals in finding and hiring the right candidates for their job openings. The main duties include conducting job interviews, screening resumes, assessing candidates' qualifications, and matching them with suitable positions. Additionally, a recruitment consultant may also be involved in negotiating employment offers and providing guidance to both candidates and employers throughout the hiring process. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.


Who are we looking for?

  • Passionate or can develop a passion in this industry
  • Sales and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation on terms of business
    Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Following up with clients, and customer engagement.
  • Cold-callings
  • Create sales strategies and opportunities
  • Source and screen candidates through different channels that the company possesses.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Prepare draft biodata and forms for admins to edit.
  • Learn how to use company software and manage client records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and job openings.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of the process, and communicate closely with admins.
  • Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed.


*Basic salary + Commission + Bonus
*CEI-certified individuals will be an advantage. However, should you not have the certification and are interested in taking up the role, you will be sponsored for the course and exam for the certification.
