Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide & promote products to potential clients and customers.
- Reach out to client and customer leads through in-store customer interaction, outdoor, referral opportunities.
- Follow up with customers from start of service to completion of handover and after sales service to ensure great client satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties such as preparation of quotations, payments, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by the Directors.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Consultant.
- Curtain sales knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in handling basic Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Email, software programs.
- Sales target driven & results oriented.
- Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Great customer service & listening skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
