Role and Responsibilities
- Taking Off of quantities for Pre & Post Tender
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Source for supplies and sub-contractors for tendering
- Co-ordinate and manage site activities of site staff, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor daily site progress and capture variation works
- Site measurement on completed works if required
- Attend site meeting and meeting of clients to discuss about project
- Submission of quotations, progress claim, works order, invoices and delivery order.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
• Min qualification: Diploma in Quantity Surveying or construction-related discipline
• Able to use AutoCAD
• Minimum 1- 2 years’ work experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Good contractual knowledge and administration
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Good organisation skills, and able to multi-task
• Good written communication skills in English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, and under pressure, to meet deadlines
• Able to coordinate/communicate with project team
• Able to speak Chinese
