- Menu Development:Design and create diverse, innovative menus for both Japanese and Chinese dining concepts.
Regularly update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Ensure all dishes meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
- Food Preparation and Cooking:Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.
Develop and implement standard recipes and cooking techniques for consistency.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper preparation techniques for both cuisines.
- Kitchen Management:Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and sourcing quality ingredients.
- Staff Leadership and Training:Lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Schedule and manage kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Quality Control:Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Cost Management:Monitor and control food costs, waste, and portion sizes to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the management team to develop and manage the kitchen budget.
Analyze sales and customer feedback to adjust menu offerings and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, with expertise in both Japanese and Chinese cuisines.
- Culinary professional training.
