• Able to support Windows 10/11 OS
• Technical support to Desktop, Local Area Network (LAN\WiFi) for managed services customer.
• Install standard business desktop/laptop Images to an agreed standard on laptop.
• Provide basic hardware/software configuration, fault finding and problem resolution.
• Provide basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Provide basic Windows Server 2019 administration.
• Manage incidents and requests from customers.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding of users from company.
• Log incidents, update and close tickets.
• Liaise and work with principals to help resolve issues that were reported.
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of EUC support
• Willing to work on-site at customer premises to support operations.
• Be on standby rotation 24/7
• Min ITC or Diploma holder
Good to have
• Knowledge of Backup software like Veeam & Commvault
• Able to take minutes and produce monthly reports according to template
• Able to support Mac
• Any Microsoft certifications
