The Operation Manager will oversee all M&E services operations with the support of designated teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
You will report to the Directors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all contracts related to IFM/ mechanical engineering projects.
- Monitor contract performance and address deviations.
- Attend customer meetings and serve as the main point of contact for customers/ project team.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones to the Directors.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Advise/ Coordinate with teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Lead and supervise respective Project Managers/ Coordinators and mechanical engineering teams.
- Offer guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Evaluate operational procedures and make enhancements as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Building / Facilities / Estate Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years in similar position with relevant working experience
- Proven track records of IFM/M&E contracts management experience.
