RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and assist day-to-day operation to ensure it runs smoothly and support the team when needed
Ensure all indents and requirements of clients are coordinated and maintained accurately with the team
Customer fronting including service recovery and managing feedback
Maintain and establish good relationships with customers
Maintaining all documents and reports that are required by Food Safety and Environment Team
Maintain employee's personnel and training profile, certificates, update payroll and manage employee inquiry on HR related matters
Support Reporting Officer putting P&L and other reports together for weekly management meeting (also required to present from time to time)
Able to work as a team together with other kitchen operations executive, managers and to achieve goals and objective as one
Be on site if required by client, to ensure operations and products are delivered as promised.
QUALIFICATIONS
OVERVIEW:The ideal candidate has a take-charge and supportive personality and a talent for multitasking effectively. As an executive, you will need to monitor and support the operation to ensure it runs smoothly. This includes billing, purchasing and HR related matters. You should also care for relationship maintenance of clients to ensure continuity and consistency of client relationships. In summary, the candidate is responsible for ensuring the operation is run smoothly and all regulations are adhered to. The candidate needs to be a good team leader and a team player when it comes to management and performing supervisory roles. He/she needs to ensure consistent, precise and has the ability to understand the flow of work quickly.
