- Lead all network-related projects, including planning, designing, procurement, development, configuration, and commissioning of networks for regional offices and the firm's multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, wireless networks, and load balancers across regional offices and the firm's multi-cloud environment.
- Maintain optimal network performance by monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and troubleshooting network issues for regional offices and the multi-cloud environment.
- Review, maintain, and enforce network security and compliance across all network solutions for regional offices and the multi-cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network security policies and procedures.
- Perform daily health checks to ensure all services meet SLAs.
- Ensure network security and policies align with the firm's audit and risk compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with network carriers and external vendors to ensure services meet Service Level Agreements.
- Perform capacity planning and maintain network documentation.
- Manage and maintain data center facilities, ensuring cleanliness and security (UPS, FM200, power, cooling, and physical access).
- Provide 24/7 Level 2 support for all network issues.
- Stay updated on new and emerging network technologies, evaluating and recommending improvements, such as leveraging AI to optimize network operations and minimize downtime.

5+ years of network field experience. L2/L3 support and troubleshooting in multi-cloud environments. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications.
Proficient in network devices (switches, routers, servers, wireless), skilled in routing protocols and security.
Understanding of ITIL, service, and change management.
