Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact with the head office's transaction banking department, including the overall coordination of the branch's transaction banking business (transaction banking department, commodity business center, forfaiting center)
2. Formulate transaction banking business development strategy, product annual operation plan and financial budget
3. Follow up and push forward various plans and business indicators of the transaction banking business line issued by the head office
4. Lead the collection, compilation and reporting of various surveys and reports issued by the head office
5. Lead the statistics and analysis of various report data of the transaction banking business
6. Function as the RMB Committee Secretariat
7. Manage department's trade financing team
Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder with at least 15 years’ experience in transaction banking and people -management functions in banking industry.
2. Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
3. Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues locally and from Head Office.
