Reports To – Field Operation Manager
Your Role
Working at the Service Centre as a project coordinator and serve walk in customers.
This role will work closely with other functions within the Ownership Solutions team to provide best in class after sales services to the consumers.
A Typical Day
· Perform front counter services
i. Take in and return of small domestic appliances.
ii. Redemption
iii. Sales of C&A
iv. Answer customer’s enquiries
· Perform administrative duties assigned as role of project coordinator
