MANAGER

Global Connection Manpower Pte. Ltd.

Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Manager to oversee our food manufacturing operations, focusing on products not elsewhere classified (N.E.C.) and excluding food chemicals and additives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in food production.

Job Description:
* Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
* Lead and supervise the production team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
* Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials.
* Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes.
* Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product defects or issues promptly.
* Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits at the factory to assess production processes and hygiene standards.
* Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
* Demonstrate flexibility to work in varying temperatures, both cold and hot environments.
* Occasionally accompany senior management on visits to store fronts for food and hygiene inspections.
* Able to carry heavy goods, about 25kg, load and unload.
* Able to work rotate shift and weekend and public holiday.

Requirement:

• Must have 2year experience in Manager.

• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Power point.

• Candidate must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.

• Must have Bilingual communication

• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.

• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.

• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independent and pressure environment

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
