Job Description
- Assist engineers with the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, logs, and technical manuals.
- Prepare and submit technical reports and summaries to supervisors and clients.
- Support project planning and coordination activities.
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and organize engineering files, records, and databases.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management of engineering materials and supplies.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the engineering team.
- To assist in rish preparation of safe work procedure and risk assessment.
- Responsible for upkeep of documentation on project matters.
- Coordinate with operation team and prepare and submit to Main Contractor site safety required documents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering
- Proficient with AUTO CAD
- Proficient with MS Office application
- Proactive, independent, resourceful & positive working attitude.
- Team-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels
- Start work ASAP
