- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary: $2800 - $3200
Responsibilities:
- Assist in employee onboarding administration
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits such as leave, attendance, commission structure etc
- Maintain and upkeep employee files and records on system
- Support the team on any other HR-related scope
Requirements:
- Possesses a recognized degree/Diploma in HRM or Business studies or equivalent;
- A team-player with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence;
- 1-2 years of experience in HR;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment
