Our client is a local commercial bank incorporated in Singapore. They are currently expanding the Relationship Manager team and seeking 3-5 more professionals to join their dynamic team.
Working location: Raffles Place
The role involves maintaining close relationships with a portfolio of banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) in Singapore and the wider region.
Responsibilities include:
- Pitching and promoting cash management, trade finance, loans, and other financial products. This entails collaboration with internal stakeholders, the head office, and overseas branches to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Key tasks include initiating KYC processes for new clients, managing account openings and closures, negotiating facility documentation, and settling trade transactions.
- Ongoing portfolio management includes monitoring, conducting credit risk analysis, and performing annual credit reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies is essential, alongside managing client inquiries and transactional activities.
- Coordination with various bank departments is required to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Experience in loan syndication origination or participation within the banks/NBFI segment is advantageous. The role also involves comprehensive internal and external reporting duties.
Requirements:
- Min 2-5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in business/commercial/corporate banking
