Responsibilities:
- To be fully responsible for the daily operation of service centre at the project site.
- To liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any residents complaints, feedback and defects.
- To carry out conditional survey before and after completion of works within flats.
- To man the information counter and information telephone hotline.
- To arrange for defects works to be carried out within flats and ensure a high standard of public relations with the residents.
- To perform any clerical duties such as typing, photo-stating and filing assigned by the client.
- To maintain proper document records of the service centre and submit timely / weekly / monthly status report to client.
- To assist in the purchase of construction materials.
- To assist in the preparation of ISO.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Experience in handling HDB BTO projects is preferred;
- 5 days work week, off on Sunday and one weekday.
