The primary job responsibilities include:
- Drive the pricing and product solutions to grow the business and protect profitability of different portfolio;
- Drive recommendations to senior management and collaborations across internal/external stakeholders to achieve business plan outcomes.
- Manage and lead business planning
- Spearhead analytics and monitoring framework to expand actionable insights; strengthen technical capabilities and drive best in class practice for the team.
- Diverse pricing and in-force management exposure to different product in Insurance domain
- This role will provide you the opportunity to lead a team within Actuarial and be exposed to Chief Actuary and Senior Management.
Requirements:
- At least 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in actuarial pricing function, and in-force management either in direct insurer, consultancy or reinsurance
- Degree in Actuarial Science and qualified actuaries is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experienced in people management, able to lead projects and provide training/coaching for direct reports
- Strong team player who is adaptable, open to a dynamic working environment and willing to explore new ways of working
