Introduction:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will oversee all aspects of human resources management and administrative operations to support our company's objectives and growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and Singapore labor regulations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally, conducting investigations and resolving grievances promptly.
• Implement and oversee performance management systems, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews and development plans.
• Stay updated with HR trends and regulations in Singapore, ensuring policies and practices are current and compliant.
Organizational Development:
• Collaborate with senior management to define organizational structure and support business objectives through effective HR strategies.
• Implement talent development programs, including training initiatives and career development plans.
• Monitor and analyse turnover rates and recommend retention strategies.
• Facilitate succession planning and leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits structure aligned with market trends and industry standards in Singapore.
• Ensure fair and equitable pay practices and manage salary administration.
• Review and recommend enhancements to benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
• Manage employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Administration:
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including office facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative functions.
• Review and negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR & Administration Manager or similar role in Singapore.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., IHRP-CP) is advantageous.
• Experience in managing Infotech system and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
